Game RPG tactic lagi hits banget nih sekarang. Game-game kaya Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics, sama Triangle Strategy udah nemplok sebagai game yang keren di genre itu tanpa ada perubahan ekstrem. Tyrant’s Blessing coba ganti-ganti dikit cara kerja semua itu, biar makin seru dan gak gampang. Selain jadi RPG tactic, Tyrant’s Blessing juga rogue-lite, jadi kita bakal kesalahan terus sampe berhasil bener-bener. Fire Emblem sukses banget bikin identitasnya dengan kasih grid buat gerakin karakter, yang posisinya (depan, belakang, samping) gak begitu penting, tapi yang penting kita ngerti tentang senjata mereka. Final Fantasy Tactics sama Triangle Strategy nyoba nambahin konsep ini dengan tambahin keuntungan dari posisi. Menembak panah dari atas, atau serang musuh dari belakang jauh lebih enak dari pada serang langsung. Tyrant’s Blessing lebih kekinian dikit, dengan tim yang bener, ngerti skill mereka, sama sedikit keberuntungan, kita bisa lewatin kebanyakan pertarungan tanpa senggol.
